Del Concha, M.A. CCC-A, F-AAA has practiced in the Keokuk, Fort Madison and Mt. Pleasant areas since 1997. He recognized the need for quality hearing healthcare in southeast Iowa. Too often people do not realize that hearing aids should be fit only by qualified individuals such as Audiologists. Do not settle for mediocre or absent services or poor hearing devices that are inappropriately prescribed. Patients who are referred to us or choose to come in on their own will find that we are honest, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of hearing healthcare.

What We Do
We pride ourselves on the services we provide. Evaluations are generally scheduled within 2 days of contact or referral. Minor hearing aid repairs are done in our office on the same day, major repairs are sent to the manufacturer and take less than 10 days; overnight service is also available. New custom hearing aids or earmolds are typically made and shipped to our office in less than 10 days from the manufacturer. We are open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and by appointment. We only work with major manufacturers, but have access to all manufacturers of hearing aids, earmolds and assistive listening devices, including Beltone and Miracle Ear (but we do not sell Beltone or Miracle Ear). There are over 100 different manufacturers of hearing aids in the U.S., but only about 20 really stand out. Two-year warranties are standard from our manufacturers and most have extended warranties that can be added.
